Jennifer Johnson is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at RK Industries, a Colorado-based enterprise delivering construction, manufacturing, advanced fabrication and building services solutions across the Mountain West region and nationally. She leads enterprise-level brand, marketing and communications strategy across RK’s eight businesses, partnering closely with executive leadership to align business objectives with clear, purpose-driven messaging. With more than a decade of experience, Jen is known for building scalable marketing and communications functions that support growth, workforce engagement and community visibility within complex, multi-business organizations. Her leadership style is people-first, grounded in empathy, collaboration and accountability. Jen is committed to community service and causes that create opportunity and dignity for children and families.
