Program Associate, June 2021 – Present
Veronica (Vero) Armas joined Clothes To Kids of Denver in 2021 and brings both warmth and professionalism to her role as Program Associate. She helps manage the front-end experience for families, including scheduling appointments, confirming eligibility and maintaining consistent phone and email communication. Her calm, friendly presence helps families feel welcome and at ease from their very first interaction. During shopping appointments, Vero supports volunteers and keeps the boutique organized and inviting. She also assists with donation intake, sorting, and restocking, always with families’ needs in mind. Her background in family resources enhances her ability to connect with families thoughtfully and respectfully. Veronica is also a proud kinship grandma who treasures time with her family. She enjoys traveling, especially visiting Guatemala, where her roots are.
