Rosaura (Rosy) Arnold joined Clothes To Kids of Denver in 2017 as a Program Associate and quickly rose through the ranks to become our Program Manager, responsible for coordinating all client-facing aspects of operations, including appointment scheduling, front-end volunteer training/supervision, shopper check-in/check-out, and shopping area restocking and design. Rosy especially enjoys the administrative side of her work and building strong connections with social workers, school liaisons, and volunteers from partner agencies and organizations. Prior to joining our team, Rosy held management roles across a variety of industries and had a strong background in office administration, customer service, and quality control. Much of her work has also included Spanish–English interpreting and translation, allowing her to connect with and support a diverse community. Outside of work, Rosy enjoys relaxing at home, watching movies, and staying up to date with the latest fashion trends. She brings fresh ideas and inspiration that help keep our boutique current, welcoming, and stylish.
