Mary Overington worked as a Social Worker with Denver Human Services, for 26 years, before retiring in 2000. Her work with nonprofits in the Denver area convinced her of the strong need for an agency like Clothes To Kids. She first came to Denver to attend the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work, where she received her Master of Social Work in 1998. Mary also holds a Master of Education degree from Fordham University and a BSED from St. Bonaventure University, both located in her home state of New York. Mary loves volunteering with the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, gardening, traveling and community activities. Mary enjoys family and all of the people in her life sharing laughter and joy.
