Executive Director, October 2023 – Present
Kathleen Phillips has served as Executive Director for Clothes To Kids of Denver (CTKD) since October of 2023. Prior to joining our staff, Kathleen was a volunteer at CTKD for several years and saw the positive impact the organization had on the students and their families that shopped in the store. In her prior professional life, Kathleen was a human resources professional for more than 25 years, most recently in the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Integration for Permian Resources, formerly Centennial Resource Development. Kathleen earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and a master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin’s Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. Kathleen has lived in Denver for more than 20 years and enjoys spending time with her husband, her two young adult children, her mom, her family and the many wonderful friends she has made over the years. Kathleen’s hobbies include skiing, hiking, reading and quilting.
