Clothes To Kids of Denver is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of confidential information to the greatest extent possible.
We do not share or sell any of the personal information we collect.
Analytics
We use Koko Analytics to measure the popularity of our content. Koko Analytics tracks overall trends in our website traffic, not individual visitors. All the data is in aggregate only. No personal data is collected. Data collected include:
- Number of people who visit the website.
- Which pages they visit.
- Total pageviews.
- Which website led them to clothestokidsofdenver.org.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on our site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). The Instagram feed on our homepage is embedded content from our Instagram account and our videos are embedded content from our YouTube channel. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Newsletter
We use Constant Contact to distribute our newsletter electronically. If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address, name and workplace (if shared) in our Constant Contact account. We use this information to know what emails to send to you to stay connected with us. Constant Contact can tell us if a subscriber has opened an email or clicked a link. We rarely look at individual access; instead our primary intent is to determine whether the content we are producing is of interest. That said, that data is available to us.
Constant Contact does not sell your data to third parties and does not use their customers’ lists of contacts for their own purposes. See Constant Contact’s Customer Contact Data Notice for details.
Donor and Volunteer Databases
We use Bloomerang to track financial donations and donor acknowledgments. If you make a financial donation, we store information you share during the donation process, which may include name, physical address, email address and gift information. We occasionally send physical mail (i.e. Annual Reports and event invitations) to our active donors. Bloomerang does not sell or lease your information. Please see Bloomerang’s Privacy Policy for details.
Donors can make financial gifts to Clothes To Kids of Denver online via our ColoradoGives Profile or GiveSmart. We do not retain any financial data in any system that Clothes To Kids of Denver maintains. These platforms do not sell or lease your personal information. Please see the Privacy Policies for GiveSmart and ColoradoGives for details.
We use an online tool called Volgistics for managing volunteers (i.e. registering, onboarding, scheduling and service hour tracking). Please see the Privacy Policy for Volgistics for details.
Removing Your Data
If any of the above concerns you, you can let us know and we will remove your data.
If you’d like to unsubscribe from Clothes To Kids of Denver’s email list, you can click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email from Clothes To Kids of Denver. This will prevent future emails, but it will not delete your personal information from our donor database.
If you’d like to have your personal data completely removed from any or all of the Clothes To Kids of Denver’s systems, email us at info@clothestokidsdenver.org. Please include your full name and the email and/or physical address you signed up with, and explain that you’d like your personal data to be deleted from Clothes To Kids of Denver.
