Obtain permission to place the bin at your school. Look for a spot near a main entrance where people can easily leave their donations.
Sign and return the Bin Champion contract (available on the second page in the packet above). As part of the commitment to participate, you must designate a Bin Champion to bring the clothing to the Clothes To Kids shop and act as the main contact for your site.
Once you have submitted your contract, a Clothes To Kids representative will contact you to arrange your delivery. Bins are typically delivered in September/October each year. Please note that there are a very limited number of bins available so we cannot guarantee immediate availability and your school may be placed on a waiting list.
The Clothes To Kids School Bin Program would not be possible without the generous support of the RK Foundation (of Denver-based mechanical contractor RK). RK designed and constructed the bins in their sheet metal fabrication shop and has pledged to construct and deliver 10 bins per year through 2019.
Thank you RK!!

Local software company Digabit, Inc. wanted to reach out to a community organization during the holidays to offer employees a chance to give back. They found out about Clothes To Kids and felt like it was a great fit, because the weather’s turning colder in Colorado and they wanted to make an immediate impact for local children.
Digabit has organized an employee clothes drive that culminates at the company’s annual holiday celebration on December 11th. They’ve set up a donation box in the office lobby and have nearly filled it to the rim!
Employees will continue to bring their cash and clothing donations to work until the party, and we’re excited to see what they end up delivering to the store. This is great timing as the clothes will come in right around the busy holiday break period.
Let’s help our kids get off to a good start in the second half of the school year! For more information on needed items, here is a link to the Clothes To Kids Donation Guidelines.
